No test required for discharge of Asymptomatic and Moderate positive cases: GOK lates circular

On June 23rd, the government of Karnataka has revised its circular of COVID-19 discharge SOP.

For Asymptomatic and patients with mild and moderate symptoms patient would be discharged in 10days from the date of swab collection, if no symptoms are seen. Also there is no need of RT-PCR/CBNAAT/Tru-NAAT test for the patient.

For people with immune problems (HIV and other malignancy) the patients are discharged only after complete recovery and one COVID test is mandated.
